The amortization calculator also calculates the total of all payments including the one-time expenses & down payment, extra payments, taxes, insurance and fees. You are also presented with a detailed mortgage payment schedule. You can choose to share this information via e-mail, SMS or any other messaging app. You can also save the results to your favorite note taking app.
